AddressDue to overwhelming demand across the public sector for Complaints Officers, we are seeking expressions of interest from candidates looking to work within a Federal Government department assisting with incoming complaints and incidents.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience:
- Experience in a high volume complaints environment or very strong customer service background.
- Strong verbal communication skills, phone manner and written communication skills.
- Resilience and flexibility is a must.
- Great attention to detail and high analytical skills.
- Previous stakeholder engagement skills, working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience investigating complaints and incidents.
- Previous Disability Sector experience is highly favoured.
- You MUST be an Australian Citizen currently. (Those waiting on citizenship or are NZ citizens only are unfortunately not eligible to work within the Australian Federal Government and therefore I will not be able to represent you for any positions).
- Positions are full time hours only, Monday to Friday.
- Positions available are contracts, they generally start with 12 or 18 months contracts and are usually extended. This means there is no sick or annual leave included. We build in a 25% casual loading to account for this.
- You must be able to clear a National Criminal History Check and you will also be required to obtain an NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Roles are available across Brisbane CBD and Northside.
- Most roles offer work from home arrangements but not fully and you will be expected to attend the office also. 100% office attendance is required during training (approx 4 weeks+).
