- 1x Ongoing Full-time and 1x Temporary Full-Time opportunity for a period of up to 12 months.
- Location: Parramatta with flexible work arrangements.
- Salary ranges from $79,032 - $86,539 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
As a Complex Case Support Officer, you will operate in a busy team environment. Your customer focused and pragmatic approach will be pinnacle in the delivery of quality advice and coordinating timely response to incidents to ensure a safe workplace and learning environment.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Managing and responding to a high-volume of incidents of at-risk and vulnerable children and young people, and ensuring timely and efficient triage and review.
- Fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders and team members
- Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality

- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
