About the Subcontractor Compliance Manager (Delivery Partners)/Compliance Coordinator Role:
The Subcontractor Compliance Manager works with the National “Delivery Partners” team and independent Business units to maintain and administer the relevant Subcontractor framework including but not limited to the pre-qualification and onboarding functions.
The role will leverage industry and contract management experience to review, investigate, design and execute quality and performance improvement initiatives supporting the value of this centralized function and improving retention and growth.

What you’ll do in the Compliance Manager role (duties/responsibilities including/not limited to):
- Ensure the Australian Road Freight Subcontractor Agreement meets required standards
- Manage, monitor and review subcontractor compliance documentation in relevant portals
- Participate in regular cadence of performance review meetings in keeping with Supplier management framework
- Participation in event and incident investigation
- Build and maintain relationships with Subcontractor delivery partners
- Ensure Contractor services are provided in keeping with relevant Freight Service Agreements
- Prepare reporting to support National standards of compliance
- Business stakeholder engagement across business units, centralized teams including Finance and Procurement for alignment
- Review of financial data and key performance analytics for relevant reporting
- Planned and unplanned relief for Regional Manager roles, mentoring and training (relevant training credentials required)
What you’ll bring to the Compliance Manager role:
- 10+ years experience within a compliance/safety/governance role (within the logistics sector)
- Expert understanding of relevant industry experience and Legislation
- Ability to analyse data and present insights for informed decision making
- Experience in understanding and enforcing contract requirements
- Experience in managing and administering agreements with the business and contractors
- CoR, Audit/Compliance, Safety, RTO qualifications preferred
- Understanding of Heavy Vehicle Legislation and transport (essential)
- Understanding of Heavy Vehicle Regulatory requirements (essential)
