Duties
- Provide advice and information on the legislative requirements and Accreditation Standards relating to the Passenger Transport Services Act 2011, and other passenger transport laws including the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Act 2008.
- Undertake desk-top audits, research and analysis of passenger transport issues to assess and consider conformance to the Passenger Transport Services Act 2011 and the Passenger Transport Service Accreditation Standards and other laws relating to public passenger transport.
- Make appropriate administrative and operational decisions, provide authoritative advice, recommendations and solutions based on consideration of the facts, administrative processes and guidelines and the legislative framework with a client focus.
- Prepare routine correspondence, investigation reports and other documents as required.
