Period of AppointmentAppointment to the role is on a permanent, full-time basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight).
Duties- Process Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard (AVETMISS) data submissions from registered training organisations in accordance with internal policies and procedures including the payment rules and delegations of the reporting and payments system.
- Verify the compliance and accuracy of AVETMISS data submissions from registered training organisations.
- Ensure the timely processing of training grant payments to registered training organisations.
- Process registered training organisation training grant agreement/deed variations.
- Provide direction, advice and feedback to registered training organisations stakeholders in relation to AVETMISS reporting including the monitoring and management of data submission accuracy and any associated deadlines.
- Assist in the development, implementation and review of policies and procedures relating to AVETMISS and payments to registered training organisations as required including actively contributing to system and business practice improvements.
- Manage the annual AVETMISS data submission closure process including ensuring end of year data is processed by specified deadlines and registered training organisation data declarations have been received.
- In collaboration with senior management and program managers, prepare and implement funding agreement system, data and reporting requirements as they relate to grant programs.
- Provide assistance and support to grant program managers in relation to registered training organisation compliance with grant program conditions.
