Address As a Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient processing of site access and validating pre-site access requirements. This position demands high-volume processing capabilities and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience with record and roster management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the efficient processing of site access requests for employees and contractors.
Ensure all site access documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Review and verify documentation related to qualifications, certifications, and training necessary for site access.
Communicate effectively with personnel to address any discrepancies or issues regarding pre-site access validation.
Maintain accurate records of site access requests, approvals, and validations.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.
Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations to promote a safe work environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and Security, to facilitate seamless mobilisation processes.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment focused on achieving team goals and objectives.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in high-volume processing, particularly in site access and validating pre-site access.
Experience using record & roster management system.
Previous client experience within mining companies would be highly advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
