About Your Role: Compliance Officer As a Compliance Officer within our Underwater Systems team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Reporting to the Manager, your primary focus will be on upholding the integrity of MU90 Light Weight Torpedo (LWT), ensuring compliance to maintenance requirements, and guaranteeing adherence to top-tier quality standards. You'll manage essential aspects such as contract documentation, compliance with established protocols, and maintaining the highest quality control benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HSE and Quality compliance, fostering best practices.
Conduct rigorous inspections, ensuring a secure work environment through meticulous maintenance. Maintain compliance with Thales procedures and contractual deadlines. Identify and address compliance risks, crafting proactive action plans.
Advise leadership on regulatory changes impacting compliance and policies. Monitor compliance performance, driving corrective action where needed. Engage with Quality Assurance for stringent quality control measures.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Certification/Diploma in WHS or Quality Management. Proficiency in Quality and HSE Management Systems. Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office.
