We are looking for a skilled passionate Compliance, Risk & Quality Officer to ensure SHV continues to provide excellence in care, education and advocacy. Working with the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will coordinate the quality, Risk and compliance activities of SHV while looking for ways to improve and enhance quality across processes, systems and services.

About the roleThe Compliance, Risk and Quality Officer is essential to SHV delivering high quality services. The Officer coordinates all risk, quality and compliance activities ensuring that deadlines are met and that SHV is meeting its regulatory, legislative and Quality standard obligations.
Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Prepare and coordinate papers for SHV's Quality and Risk Board Sub-Committee,
- Coordinate and report on compliance and assurance activities,
- Coordinate risk register updates and risk management improvement activities,
- Coordinate continuous improvement projects, ensuring all milestones and activities are communicated and achieved,
- Use data to identify trends and inform quality improvements.
You will be organised, deadline focused with exceptional attention to detail. In addition you will have;
- experience in coordinating compliance activities in a complex environment
- experience maintaining risk register and/or quality management systems
- Adept at using information/business systems and data to inform and initiate continuous improvement activities.
- Working knowledge of Risk and Quality standards and their application in the delivery of services
