About the Company: Compound Direct is a leading provider of compounding software solutions developed exclusively for compounding pharmacies. Our cutting-edge software simplifies the complexities of pharmacy compounding, empowering pharmacies to improve workflow efficiency, whilst mitigating some of the risks involved. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Compounding Technician to join our team. This candidate will be valued for their compounding experience, and will utilise their knowledge in supporting our clients.
Responsibilities: You will play a vital role in engaging with our clients and promoting our software's capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Client Support: Providing outstanding customer support to our clients, answering their queries, and guiding them through any challenges they may encounter while using our software. This includes answering our support phone lines and responding to support emails.
Integration Support: Assisting our clients remotely with the set up of their printers and balances. Some basic IT knowledge is required.
Support Materials: Creating and reviewing supporting materials for our clients. This includes; blogs, user-guides, SOPs, etc.
Support follow-ups: Reaching out to clients to ensure the support was understood, applied, and any further enquiries are followed up.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Problem Solving: A strong aptitude for understanding and solving software-related matters is essential for providing effective support.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to confidently deliver software demonstrations, conduct training sessions, and engage with clients and our online community.
Time Management: The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently, ensuring timely responses to clients and meeting project deadlines.
Personality Type: The ideal candidate will be known for their enthusiastic nature, strong communication skills, and dedication to helping others.
Background: Experience in compounding with some basic IT knowledge will be beneficial in understanding some of the complexities of the software and queries from our clients.
