Role Overview: As a Compounding Technician, you will be integral to our lab team, preparing a variety of dosage forms including capsules, creams, and lozenges. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing tailored healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh, mix, and prepare compound medications under pharmacist supervision.
- Maintain and manage lab inventory and ensure the cleanliness of the compounding environment.
- Adhere to all standard safety and regulatory protocols.
- Efficiently manage time to maximize productivity without compromising quality.
- Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities to advance your compounding skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in any pharmacy setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and efficient time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a dispensary technician.
- Prior experience working in a compounding lab.
