AddressWe are looking for a technician to join our pharmacy in Banyo, QLD
The role is a non-patient facing pharmacy role dealing with medicinal cannabis.
You will be fully supported working alongside other amazing technicians and pharmacists.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking to enter the medicinal cannabis and e-cigarette industry, along with standard pharmacy duties.
General duties will include:
- Dispensing medicines
- Simple compounding
- Taking phone calls from many patients
- Ensuring correct paperwork is received when processing scripts (eg SAS B/APs)
- Work across various software
- Taking payments
- Packing of medicines
- Freight management
- Basic stock management
- Ordering of products
- Assisting patients via phone/email/app
We are looking for individuals who can join the team long term, are on time, meets deadlines and can handle multiple tasks at a time. Flexibility is also well regarded.
Job Type: Full time
Salary: Pending role & experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday 8am to 7pm
- Can be flexible and work across 5 days if preferred
- Flexibility is highly regarded (especially if staff call in sick on days off etc)
Experience:
- Community Pharmacy: 1 year (Preferred)
- Familiar or have interest in learning about medicinal cannabis
