Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors to the building.
• Act as a liaison between the members/public and the organisation.
• Provide daily client support
• Handling confidential information with discretion
• Provide daily contractor liaison and support, ensuring any inductions are completed
• Complete daily patrols and reporting duties of the building
• Assisting facilities management, coordinating appointments and room bookings
• Assisting with the security of events
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all needs are met in a timely and efficient manner

We are seeking individual who:

• Has high level of professional standards
• Has minimum 3 years Concierge experience in a corporate environment.
• Exemplary personal presentation
• Ability to work autonomously and be proactive
• Great communication skills and someone who thoroughly enjoys supporting others and cam work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of building management systems
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Power Point capability

What are the essential requirements for your application?

• Full Australian working rights
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• At least 3 years Concierge experience in a corporate environment.
