The Role
As a Casual Residential Building Concierge, you will work unsupervised, ensuring that residents and visitors receive outstanding service and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with queries and concerns.
- Conducting daily site walks and monitoring building security and access control systems.
- Performing administrative tasks to support the Building's Facility Manager, such as responding to resident queries and maintaining logs.
- Handling emergencies and incidents with professionalism and efficiency
- Following company systems and processes to achieve the Owners Corporations goals
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
