Greenhouse Climate Tech Hub has prime position in the newly constructed Salesforce Tower at Circular Quay. An epicentre for climate action and a physical space for climate tech innovation, entrepreneurs, investors, government agencies, climate action groups, academic researchers, and committed corporates.

As the Conference & Events Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the successful planning, execution, and management of conferences, meetings, and Events and play a crucial role in maximising revenue, ensuring the success of such gatherings. Building and managing relationships with members to drive return business will be at the core of your responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve targets by promoting and selling Conference and event spaces, packages, and services to existing members and potential members
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members, event planners, and organisers to secure bookings and encourage repeat business
• Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the Conference and Events industry
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns
• Creating tailored event proposals and finalising contracts with members, including terms, pricing, and event details
• Collaborating with event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Review and analyse member feedback and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance future events
• Manage and lead the event end-to-end
• IT event set up (mic, TV, recording etc.)
• Coordinate venue logistics, catering orders, set up and pack down

  Effectively prioritize and manage deals to meet sales targets, including coordination with AEs and Marketing to land prospects

  Execute on designed touch points in the customer journey by developing content, delivering product demonstrations, and other tactics to nurture prospects

  Develop relationships with prospects to uncover their needs through effective questioning, and to qualify interest and viability
