- Minimum of 2 years of event coordination experience in Hospitality or Sales & Customer Service.

- Proven track record in event sales or coordination with a focus on customer conversion.
- Deep understanding of the events market, including trends, sales, styling, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in small team management and CRM is a plus.
