Located on Victoria's Great Ocean Road, RACV Torquay Resort is set on an expansive golf course with spectacular ocean views. The resort boasts state of the art conferencing & events facilities, a trio of dining options and various amenities for guests to enjoy. We’re looking for a well rounded Maintenance Manager to lead our resort maintenance team.
About the role:
As the C&E Operations Manager you’ll be a visible leader and promoter of change, providing consistent guidance to team members while ensuring operational requirements are met and maintained. You’ll ensure the day to day activities and strategic planning are delivered to a high standard, through passion for hospitality and the drive to deliver an exceptional level of service to our guests.
You’ll have a hands on approach to leading and develop a range of initiatives to ensure the Conference and Events department and corporate objectives are achieved while increasing business growth and opportunities.

We’re looking for:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a managerial role of a 4-5 star hotel environment is ideal
- Conference and Events Management
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues
- Excellent business acumen and experience in budgeting, planning, forecasting and controlling
- The ability to build internal and external professional relationships
