So you’ve been on the tools for a while now and the harsh Albury/ Wodonga winters and blistering summers are all that you've known.

You’re keen to step into a role where you can use your head alongside your hands, imparting all your previous knowledge and skills onto the team around you.

RBR Party Hire are looking for an Events Operation Leader to join their team in sunny Wodonga. 

You’ll be the face of the business, onsite with clients, and be relied on heavily by the logistics and admin team.

Coordinating and assisting with set up, infill & pack down, leading teams will be part of your daily tasks. 

You’ll also be working closely with the director where they will offer guidance where needed until you find your feet.

You’ll fit in well with the team, develop great working relationships with clients and learn the ropes regarding RBRs internal systems. 

A big part of this role will see you utilising their computer systems. 
On the job training will be provided to get your head around their internal programs, but coming in with a solid understanding of computers would be beneficial. 

The team are a laid-back bunch who get the work done and enjoy each other’s company, with a few laughs along the way.  

Leading by example and reliability are the pillars of this role.

You know relationships take time and effort, it's about building them well and earning the teams respect instead of demanding it. We don't want you to be treading on toes or making any monumental changes at this stage. 

You're someone who can easily build rapport with anyone you cross paths with. Great communication is your superpower.
