About the Role:
- Effectively lead the operational delivery and account management across a varied portfolio of venues and events
- Client relationship management - adherence to contractual obligations, KPI's and reporting requirements prescribed in client contracts relevant to the portfolio
- Ensure service, presentation and delivery of all events is in line with company standards
- Oversee management of and contribute to contract retention and organic growth of the venues and events
- Financial management - management of labour costs and expenses.
- Management of direct staff reports who reside within the portfolio to ensure career developments, succession planning and an optimised performance culture
- Policy and procedure development to ensure best in class standard operating protocols and communication frameworks withing the portfolio
- Be a positive ambassador, delivering the highest level of customer service whilst achieving the best commercial return for the business
- Exceptional management & leadership skills with a minimum 5 years' of experience in venue hospitality operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to exceed guest expectations
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site teams
- Financial acumen in developing budgets, managing expenses and benchmarking/analytics
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, experience using Ungerboeck, Foodstorm, and Square is highly regarded
