The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone's tastes.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Conservatory team.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Supporting the management team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Assisting in the production and service of a Forbes 5 star rated international hotel buffet for Crown Towers Melbourne
- Providing leadership and coaching to the team
You'll bring the following:
- Previous experience in a similar premium dinning environment, ideally in an international hotel buffet
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership in handling responsibilities
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards with a good understanding of HACCP
To be successful, you'll be able to:
Work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
This role requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
