New South Homes, Granny Flat Solutions & Tiny Home Solutions are a multi-award-winning family-owned construction company based in Sydney's North. With over 40 years’ experience, we have a strong pipeline of projects for 2024 and are looking for a someone to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for the end-to-end process of performance marketing channels, ensuring quality traffic and conversions, whilst improving brand awareness & customer experience.
You’ll be working with a team who understand the importance of great construction and work with you to create stunning homes and granny flats, no two days are the same and you’ll be supported in your journey with us to grow and learn on the job. Key Responsibilities
- Recommend growth strategies and tactics to increase traffic and conversions through search, social and display. Aligning content to deliver the right message, to the right consumer at the right time.
- Plan and oversee ongoing website development, advocating for a user-centered design approach and using data and insights to recommend content and UX improvements that need to be implemented.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various Digital Marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Regularly update Website with new pages, blog pieces and content updates
- Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Monitor campaign progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports.
- Allocate Digital Marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and activities while maximizing ROI and achieving marketing objectives.
- Ad hoc tasks as required from time to time.
- Responsible for implementing overarching marketing strategy to a range of Digital Marketing channels including but not limited to; SEO, content marketing, PPC & Meta Ads.
- Maintaining both customer and competitor research
Key Capability
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Proficient in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and WordPress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, Customer and results focused
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Show initiative in problem solving
- Follow all company Quality, Safety and Environment policies and procedures
- Demonstrated hands-on experience executing Digital Marketing campaigns across a number of channels such as SEO, PPC and Meta Ads
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in business in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 3-4 years’ work experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in using website Content Management Systems (CMS)
