Qualifications & experience
- Must have Admin Experience within a professional enviroment . Preferably in Homewares and Giftware, in a Wholesale Setting. .
- Experienced in MYOB accounting package
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( especially excel)
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and Multi tasking
- Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
- Client focused mind set with a proactive approach to solving problems
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
Tasks & responsibilities
- Duties include but not limited to:
- Support the Managers with all Administrative duties
- Liase with Retailers and Overseas Suppliers
- Create and Maintain Product spreadsheets
- Raise Overseas and National Purchase orders
- Attend and Participate in Gift Trade fairs in Australia
- Update Website and Catalogues
- Liase with warehouse
