The Role
Located in Cleveland, Queensland, we have an opportunity for an experienced Construction Administration Officer to join our team.
The role will suit someone who is self-driven, hardworking and has attention to detail. You will have had previous experience in Administration roles in the building industry, ideally as part of a building administration team to assist the Construction team.
Our Team has the responsibility of delivering on our customer promise of a high-quality home delivered to our client, on time and on budget, along with a great customer experience on their build journey. Day to Day duties include liaising with clients to develop contracts and meet their building needs, submitting building applications documents, ordering and managing supplies, and working with the property manager to ensure efficient development of jobs.
About you
Must have experience in Residential Building Administration industry
Experience with contract development and building approval preferred
Ability to read and articulate building plans and specifications
Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
A pro-active attitude with good communication skills, ability to prioritise tasks and strong attention to detail
Actively listens and works collaboratively and operates as an effective team member.
This role involves email and phone communication. Knowledge of Microsoft and MYOB is a must. Full time hours available for the right candidate.
