Construction Administrator

Our client is a leading integrated construction company providing remedial solutions for buildings across NSW and QLD. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an administrator / project coordinator to join the team.

This role would be great for a junior with passion and progression within the construction industry. 

The Role 

• Assist the Site Teams with trade allocation.
• Assist with tender submissions - collating and gathering documents and reports 
• Assist with the estimation of projects
• Manage budgets and timeframes across the project
• Assist the Site Teams with running construction works and client queries.
• Update job information via company CRM and tracking workflow accordingly
• Assist with additional customer service & administrative duties as and when required

About You

• Experience working in an administrative position, within the same industry 
• Sound construction knowledge, wanting to start a career within construction 
• Strong written & verbal skills 
• a dynamic, team player 

Renumeration & Benefits 

• Competitive renumeration package, dependent on experience - from $65,000 + superannuation
