About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a Construction Administrator to join the team.
- Client updates throughout the presite and building phase
- Manage approvals through certifier and council
- Final certificates
- Liaising with contractors and supervisors
- Providing construction updates.
Skills and Experience
Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a building administration based role in the construction or property industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
