About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Construction Administrator to join our dynamic and growing business.
The Construction Administrator is responsible for acquiring relevant approvals, collating contract documents and budgets, supporting the Construction Supervisors, liaising with customers, trade partners and key stakeholders ensuring the successful delivery of multiple residential construction projects.
Key Professional SkillsAt least 2 years’ experience in a customer service/administrative position, preferably in the building and construction industry
Understanding of the building and construction industry and building processes
Ability to understand plans an advantage
An interest or some experience in Colour Selections would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Professional in your communication and appearance
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent customer service skills with an aptitude for empathetic situations
Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Ability to work productively within a team environment
