Due to continual expansion and growth, we are seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our team on a full-time, or 0.8 basis. The Commercial Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day-to-day running of our busy commercial team.
About the role:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the commercial team.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Coordination, allocation, and management of purchase orders.
- Assisting with the generation and management of commercial documentation.
- Liaising and assisting project teams with the administration and management of projects to achieve best possible outcomes.
- Liaising with customers, builders, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
- Sharing insights and best practices with the commercial and broader management teams.
About you:
The successful applicant will have previous experience in administration within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience working within a collaborative and relationship-based client environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively within a team environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to develop accurate and professional documentation and maintain complex spreadsheets and data collaboration.
