The T2D Contract Management Directorate has recently been established to provide expertise and best practice commercial and contract management services for the North-South Corridor Program Delivery Office construction contracts.As a Contract Administrator, you'll be responsible for administering adjustment charts, managing records, and facilitating communication channels to uphold contractual obligations. Expertise in contract administration processes will be instrumental in maintaining compliance, smooth operations and driving cost-effective outcomes.About You
You're proactive with experience in contract administration or skill transferrable to verification and processing of payments, contract management meetings, management of contract records equipped with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex contractual frameworks. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail ensure accuracy in every task you undertake.We're seeking a candidate who can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage competing priorities with ease. The Contract Management Directorate is in a period of high growth and there are multiple vacancies available in this newly established team.This call and is being advertised at the PO1, ASO4, ASO5 and ASO6 classification levels, and the successful applicants will be appointed at the classification level commensurate with their qualification(s), skills and experience.The successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their expertise, competence, and experience directly related and applicable to contract administration and as to enable them to be providing professional advice and services in circumstances requiring complex technical skills.Appointment at the PO1 classification requires a degree level qualification in engineering or planning.Special Conditions
The successful candidates will be required to provide a National Police Check (NPC) prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.Remuneration
PO1 - $67,466 to $82,359 per annum
ASO4 - $75,430 to $79,070 per annum
ASO5 - $84,522 to $94,003 per annum
