AddressOur client is a busy national builder who has been operating for over 10 years across all of Australia. They are specialists in the construction sector with a focus on residential projects. With exciting growth across the company, they are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Construction Coordinator to join their Sutherland Shire office.
- Assist the Site Teams with trade allocation.
- Manage budgets and timeframes across the project
- Assist the Site Teams with running construction works and Client queries.
- Maintain contact with the home occupier regarding timing of works.
- Update job information via company CRM and tracking workflow accordingly
- Manage subcontractor bookings and manage subcontractor invoices for processing
- Assist with additional customer service & administrative duties as and when required.

- Experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Tertiary qualifications or relative experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to oversee more than one project simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication
- A dynamic, team player
The successful candidate will receive the below;
