Spearhead major projects for the business toward $150M + Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership and strategic direction, enable client satisfaction. Ensure deliverance of quality across projects and teams Manage costs, Risk management, WHSE, and contractor / sub contractor relations. company cover D&C commercial, mixed-use resi and Industrial projects, your main focus would be resi / large commerical. Reporting directly to the General Manager Melbourne projects Must haves: Previous experience as a Construction Manager, You will hold and demonstrate solid business acumen you will be an outside the box thinker with an attitude of getting the job done right, first time at least 10 years minimum in senior positions. Possess a Construction Management Degree, Building Diploma or similar qualification Strong network and relationships across the building industry Must have experience running projects from concept to completion Strong leadership & delegation skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with construction teams and clients Ability to run projects to a tight schedule, including plans and specs.
