Exciting 6 month opportunity for a VET/RTO Administrator to join a national community services not-for-profit RTO

In addition to other services, the organisation has a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides support to all Australians experiencing mental health and emotional issues.

About the opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RTO Administrator to assist and support the L&D team in the RTO re-registration project.
This position’s primary responsibility will be dedicated to gathering information and collating evidence for the partner members as part of the re-registration project. In addition to handling information gathering, evidence collation, member queries, and related administrative tasks. Working across teams, it is imperative to have excellent communication, organisation, time management and stakeholder management experience.
The role is based in the Sydney CBD (1-2 days a week) and there will be ongoing flexibility to work from home and in the office. The salary on offer is competitive and includes tax-free salary packaging options.
Please note that this will be offered as a 6 month fixed term contract only.
To be successful you should have:
- Previous VET/RTO administration experience within a domestic RTO
- Knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
- Strong time-management, organisational and communication skills including the ability to be flexible in priorities, multi-tasks, and work pressure in a high-volume work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills is a MUST!
