AddressOur client is a highly established and award-winning home-building company, due to continued high levels of growth are now looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager to join their busy senior leadership team.

Position Description:
The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring all projects are running on time, on budget and to the highest quality during the construction to warranty stages of the project. Projects are investment homes for the NSW market.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Manage a site supervisor team of 4-8
- Each supervisor manages approx and on average 15 jobs at any one time
- A mixture of Single and Double Storey Homes with values ranging from 400k up to 1.2million
- Managing a portfolio of 100+ homes in construction at any one time
- This role reports directly to the General Manager of the business
- Monitor WHS inspection completions and site safety is being undertaken
- Provide training, mentorship, motivation, guidance and support to the site supervisor team
- Monitor workflow and completion dates
- Update construction KPI systems and record progress
- Monitor progress and ensure items are completed in a timely matter
- Implementing mandatory quality assurance stage inspections throughout the build process minimizing errors/defects on completion
- Working alongside other members of the senior management team
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in construction management with a volume home building company.
- Project Management or relevant construction tertiary education
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems and software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Understand how to train and motivate staff and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes
