The Tara Agency is currently taking applications from experienced local Construction Managers (Rail Infrastructure) for a full time ongoing position in the Perth Metro, WA.

About the Role:
- Lead and inspire a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff to achieve project objectives with excellence.
- Strategically plan and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures to uphold industry standards and mitigate risks.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and industry partners to foster collaboration and secure new business opportunities.
- Analyze project performance metrics and financial data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the Rail Infrastructure contracting industry, with a track record of successfully delivering on large Infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of government regulations, industry standards, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Current valid WA c class driver’s licence
- Full working rights to work within Australia - this position requires local experience & knowledge
