The Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP) will deliver updates to operational (mission-critical) and corporate networks that will ensure existing systems remain connected to deliver safe, efficient and effective Air Navigation and Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting services.
Your new role
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Head of ENMP. The role adds value to the Chief Technology Enablement Office (CTEO) by providing effective, consistent, accurate and timely support across all administrative activities.
Accountabilities
- Be onsite between Melbourne City and Tullamarine locations for program team onsite support.
- Integrate and maintain relevant business, administrative, corporate systems, and processes for the ENMP Program.
- Coordinate the completion of administrative tasks within the ENMP Program. This includes but is not limited to: monitoring and processing correspondence; Program support; shared mailbox’s, reviewing registers; and maintaining program documentation filing systems.
- Support PMO team members with administration tasks such as resource onboarding, vendor onboarding, invoices, and expenses.
- Provide support to the Head of ENMP to manage correspondence/emails, approvals, and diary management as required. Coordinate Program travel requirements as needed.
- Coordinate Program team events/social activities as needed.
- Attend governance forums and program meetings as secretariat.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in performing administrative duties in a largelycomplex and fast-paced program, including the production of written material and accurate data processing.
- Demonstrated an ability to handle multiple tasks, set and review priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively while remaining flexible to changing circumstances.
- Proven ability and confidence to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies through reviewing reports and/or work practices and raise these as appropriate.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with highly effective time and self-management skills to meet deadlines, whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
