The PPS Group are a well established Commercial Building Company locally owned and operated, We have strong relationships with our Clients/Developers providing a Design and Construct Service.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Management Team you will be expected to perform the following task;
- You will be responsible for Construction Administration, pre-construction and Sub-Contract contractual matters, Invoice Schedules, Ordering PC Items etc in line with Company procedures.
- You will liaise with site supervisors, suppliers and sub-contractors
- General Administration duties
- Gather and complete final handover packs
- Coordinating maintenance requests
- You will provide Support to the Construction Management Team and the broader team as required
- Source and gather information for Sub-Contract Quoting/Letting
- Site Visits

- You will need strong Construction Knowledge
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to Negotiate for the Best Interest of the Company
