An exciting opportunity has presented for a well organized and experienced Office Administrator based in Broadbeach.
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our expanding Construction Team Based in corporate offices.
Key responsibilities include:
- General Business Administration
- Assist Project and Construction team with reporting and general administration duties
- Manage the day to day running of the office

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications & attributes:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt changing environments
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management, complying with deadlines and juggle competing priorities
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Full Australian work rights
The right candidate must be able to commit Monday to Friday (8am to 4.30pm). This role would be suited to a results driven and persistent candidate. Ability to establish relationships is important in the succeeding in this role.
