Are you organised, detail-oriented, and a great team player? Here at Alder, we are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at our head office in Helensvale. This role offers a variety of tasks, competitive pay, and excellent working conditions! (we are also open to part-time/ flexible hour arrangements)
About the role
Our Office Administrator will be interacting with clients and visitors daily – we are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and can complete the following duties which include but are not limited to:
- Reception duties involved with answering the phone system, diverting calls, receiving and distributing emails and general information
- Greeting guests and visitors on arrival
- Managing the room booking calendar
- Maintain registers around PPE, Keys, birthdays and anniversaries, photocopiers
- Organize couriers and Post Office parcel collection as needed.
- Maintain Registers of Company Vehicles and Equipment
- Assist in coordination of Corporate and staff Events
- Respond to adhoc requests, calls, emails of Management team
- General Cleaning duties and Management of stationery orders, kitchen consumables and staff or client gifts
- Photocopier maintenance coordination
- Assist site staff with printing and office-based admin tasks when requested
About You - Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in office administration or related roles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly organised and have strong time management skills
- Technology skills- able to use Microsoft suite and pick up new software and database’s quickly
