Construction Sales Consultant

Venture Outdoor is a well established, trusted and quality builder of outdoor structures including, patios, carports, decking, fencing, gates etc. We take old existing outdoor areas and transform them into usable spaces that add value to customers homes; creating spaces that our customers love, that protect their family and possessions and elevate their properties facilities for entertainment and/or relaxation. Growing demand means that Venture Outdoor is looking for a new star Sales Consultant. The consultant must have good understanding of the sales process and be able to clearly define how they transform a lead to a customer. Their role will include consultation with the customer to define their goals and help them design an outdoor area/structure that will achieve what they want for the budget they have available. Once the customer has accepted the quote, the Sales Consultant will then have to communicate with the council approval and construction teams to ensure that the design the customer wants is approved and built, communicate with the customer regarding general enquiries and aid in disputes concerning quote inclusions.
