CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR (Carpentry background)
Croft Developments Pty Ltd has a 30+ year history with specialising in the design, construction and operation of Healthcare and Aged Care developments, with multiple projects under construction across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and now Western Australia.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor with a comprehensive carprentry background to play a supporting role to our WA Project Manager.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years experience in a similar role and be an enthusiastic, energised and confident leader who is excellent at problem solving and remains calm under pressure. This position would suit an adaptable, quick learner with a great work ethic and can do attitude who is also keen for career progression with this dynamic company.
You will also be a strong advocate for site safety with a good knowledge of building methodologies, WA legislation and building codes.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee Site Labour and Management of Subcontractors
- Quality Management of all trades and finishes
- Ensure construction takes place in line with Construction programme and driving Subcontractors to achieve programme milestones and deadlines
- Liaise withSubcontractors and Project Manager to ensure construction meets current building code and standards
- Co-ordinate, schedule and manage deliveries to site
- Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately
- Ensure OHS standards are met at all times.
- Assist the Project Manager in programming of upcoming works
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years+ experience
- Excellent carpentry skill
- Structures and Finishing experience highly regarded
- Sound understanding ofConstruction Plans and Specifications
- Strong understanding ofprogramme dates
- Broad understanding of OHS laws and procedures
- A well organized and skillful communicator
- Strong problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Hold a current first aid certificate (or willing to obtain one) Current drivers license
- A good level of computer literacy
