Dynamic Group Holdings are a supplier of various specialised drilling and blasting services in the mining and constructions sectors across WA.
Our wholly owned subsidiaries include Dynamic Drill and Blast, Orlando Drilling and Welldrill. Across the Group we employ over 300 employees and are going through an unprecedented period of growth and expansion.
About the ROLE
Due to this growth and expansion, we are seeking the services of an experienced SITE MANAGER to join the Dynamic Drill and Blast team to oversee one of our Projects , FIFO from Perth.
Reporting to the Perth based Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing all aspects of the day-to-day operational requirements of our on-site drill and blast team.
About YOU
With your approachable and dynamic leadership style, you will also have:
- a proven track record of successful safety and people management;
- at least 5 years' experience in a similar site-based management role within a drill and blast environment;
- a proven background in managing complex projects with successful stakeholder engagement;
- the ability to ensure drill and blast contract requirements are clearly understood and achieved on a daily basis;
- the ability to produce accurate reports on people and production targets;
- sound computer skills and experience with Microsoft products;
- a diploma in Frontline Management, Surface Operations or similar;
- a current WA Shot Firer's Ticket (essential);
- a National Police Clearance (essential);
- current HR Drivers licence (essential);
- current Senior First Aid Certificate
- WHS Statutory Responsibilities for Mining Supervisors (desirable); and
- Quarry Managers Certification (desirable).
