What's on offer?
As Construction Supervisor you will lead the on-site management of trades and suppliers upholding Thomas Archers high quality standards and ensure timeframes and budget parameters are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide clear directions to suppliers and on-site trades.
- Update call forward dates daily in Thomas Archer software program.
- Coordinate inspections with clients as needed.
- Monitor project budget and efficient labor allocation.
- Ensure compliance with OHS policies and procedures.
- Document and report construction problems to Construction Manager.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Experience in site/building management.
- Qualifications in building and construction.
- Knowledge of OHS requirements, building regulations, residential codes, and construction processes.
- Ability to coordinate/manage trades and suppliers.
- Strong resolution and customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license is required.
