AddressEvents Operations Supervisor
The Brighton Beach Hotel is an iconic waterfront venue located in Brighton with a large, open plan Restaurant, Public Bar, Beer Garden & Event Spaces all with sweeping views of Port Phillip Bay and the surrounding Peninsulas.
We are on the hunt for a hospitality superstar to join our team as we grow our business and deliver exceptional events for our guests.
We are looking for:
-Events Supervisor with at least 3+ years of function/events supervisory/management
-RSA certified
-Experience running weddings
-Exceptional food and beverage knowledge
-Impeccable presentation
-Born leader
-Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail and able to juggle multi tasks concurrently
-Someone who lives and breaths events and wants to take ownership
-Must be available weekends and evening including some public holidays.
- Must be able to set up and pack down events independently to a scheduled deadline
