The position:
This is a unique role for a professional with strong career aspirations, you'll be working alongside other leadership staff in the business as the Warehouse Supervisor Team Lead where you will be overseeing and managing a team of staff doing picking, packing, receiving and dispatching.
Some duties include:
- Directing team workflow
- Scheduling staff, meetings with team, training
- Overseeing a team of pick, pack, dispatch and receiving
- Clinical trial medicine logistics
- General medicine and pharma logistics
- Working closely with other senior leaders
- Using ERP systems for administration
- Daily computer and admin tasks
- Ensure quality of work is upheld
- Ensure compliance and operating procedures followed
- Maintaining records and data as needed
- Melbourne Airport location
- Monday to Friday during business hours

The experience you need:
To be considered for this role your experience must have Team Leadership and or Management experience where you have been able to lead staff, delegate tasks, train members and had good usage of computers for admin related duties.
- A driven professional with interest in career development
- Experience Team Leading, Supervising staff in Warehousing
- Knowledge on processes toward picking, packing, dispatch etc
- Strong adherence to process, procedure and compliance
- Eye for details and savvy understanding of efficiency
- Good computers skills and admin related experience
- Experience in performing warehouse duties
- Experience in upskilling and training staff
- Ability to perform physical tasks
