Opportunity

Due to continued and sustained growth, with a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking various Site Managers to add to our established Project Team. Based in Albury, with opportunity to work on regional projects. 

We are now seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor -  Site Manager. 

The Role

The position will appeal to self-motivated professionals seeking variety and the opportunity to work with a successful mid-tier Construction Company. 

This role involves responsibility for:

• Managing a site's day-to-day operations including supervision and coordination of sub-contractors, materials, and plant to ensure the project meets the specified quality and time requirements.
• Managing the construction program.
• Coordinating project resources.
• Working closely with the construction project team to ensure smooth delivery of the project.

About You

To become part of our team you will have:

• Previous Site Management experience preferably with a commercial builder.
• Ideally a trade background in Carpentry / Building is an advantage.
• Experience which indicates your capacity to work autonomously, tackle problems proactively while working effectively as part of a team.
• Good understanding of WHS processes.
• Proven track record of driving jobs from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience coordinating subcontractors and trade activities in a logical manner to facilitate the construction of a building.
• Strong planning and organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain quality relationships, both internally and externally.
