- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role. Tick.
- A friendly & proactive attitude both online and in-person. Tick.
A bit about the role
Together with our Scheduling Dept, the successful applicate will ensure the integrity of La Vida Homes. It’s pretty important stuff, but you’re up for the challenge.
Key tasks include:
- Order additional materials required on site
- Supporting site supervisors to problem solve issues onsite in a timely manor
- Quantities take offs and BOQ inputting
- General administration tasks including assisting accounts with invoices, sending & saving quotes, maintaining job documentation
- Printing & laminating plans and specifications when required
