Experiencing rapid growth both throughout WA and nationally, we are seeking a competent and organised scheduler to join our team. This role will be fast paced and will require the right individual to juggle the variety. 

About the role…

As a Scheduler you will work directly with our Lead Scheduler to ensure our customers experience speed and efficiency in the co-ordination of their Complete Home Filtration installation. Based in our Osborne Park location, you will be co-ordinating with our national team of plumbers and liaising directly with customers to ensure the process is seamless and a joy for everyone involved.   

This is a great role for a smart individual looking to get into a role with potential to grow into something more over the coming years. 

We do not require previous experience as full training will be provided. As such this would suit a fresh out of school /uni individual looking for a start in the business world. 

Main tasks include:

  • Co-ordination of plumbing installations across WA and nationally.  
  • Contacting customers to arrange convenient times to carry out their installations. 
  • Arranging plumbing teams to carry out installations.
  • Follow up work.
  • Accurately update the company CRM, Fishbowl and Xero.
  • Contributing and being accountable for the achievement of team goals.

This is a pivotal role and requires someone who is multi talented, can multi task and work under pressure.

The essential component of this role is SOLID coordination skills, customer service skills along with strong administrative skills, plus the ability to manage a variety of different tasks simultaneously.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including an exceptional phone manner and a customer-first attitude
  • A demonstrated capacity to pick up and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
  • NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
  • Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency in the use of Google Suite.
  • Highly developed time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised and efficient with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a variable workload
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • An adaptable and flexible nature.
