We will count on you to:

• Collaborate effectively with the existing team to deliver agreed-upon services to all local governments in WA.
• Bring a fresh perspective, enthusiasm, and new ideas to the team.
• Conduct on-site assessments and prepare reports under appropriate supervision.
• Work closely with the existing team to identify key risk areas and contribute to the development of tailored solutions.
• Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align our risk mitigation efforts with indemnity protection.
• Manage your own workload, which may involve frequent travel.
• Work autonomously while actively contributing to both the local and national team of risk specialists, fostering idea sharing and mutual learning.

What you need to have:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Keen observation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent Organisational & communication skills
• A strong work ethic and ability to communicate and collaborate with others.
• Qualifications in Workplace Safety - Highly regarded.
• Analytic mindset, and ability to work with data.
• Experience with document writing & presentation skills – Highly regarded.
• An ability and eagerness to work autonomously and manage projects.
• A positive work attitude that fosters effective internal and external stakeholders
