Are you ready to embark on a journey that takes you through the heart of New Zealand’s vibrant commercial landscape?
Instrumental in improving our customers’ risk profiles, this role directly contributes to the profitability and sustainability of our business. Conducting detailed site inspections, analyzing risks, and reporting your findings. You’ll proactively negotiate with customers to improve their risk management strategies and ensure business continuity.
Enjoy travel and the flexibility of managing your own appointments with our customers and the use of a company car for both professional and personal use. This is an opportunity to engage with passionate business owners and be at the forefront of risk management.
This full-time permanent opportunity offers a hybrid work environment and is open to IAG office locations in Palmerston North or New Plymouth.

Ōu Pūkenga | About You
- Experience in building and fostering trusted partnerships
- Proficient in performing risk evaluations and detailing mitigation strategies
- Adaptable with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Confident with using technical systems and processes
- Resilience in discussions and ability to stand firm when necessary
Industry and/or field experience, an understanding of the basic principles of insurance, knowledge of risk surveying and risk management is highly desirable.
