- Working directly with our clients to ensure online and in clinic training programs are prepared and running effectively through the provision of scheduling assistance and administration support.
- External conference and event coordination including marketing, processing of registrations, venue, catering and travel coordination, and the preparation of associated training materials.
- Marketing support including coordination of social media plans, liaising with internal marketing resources and preparation of other marketing material.
- Other administration and customer service duties including ensuring efficient consultation with our external clients and consultants, diary management, invoice processing, coordination of proposals and expressions of interest, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, and general word processing.
- Demonstrated experience (at least three years) in providing high level administration support to a team (animal health industry experience will be advantageous).
- Specific experience in event coordination from start to finish, or a marketing support role is advantageous.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Initiative and innovation to think on your feet and come up with solutions.
- Ability to work well independently and as a team player to meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to prioritise, manage conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client and customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
