The Mission:

As our Consulting CFO, you will offer overarching financial leadership and strategic guidance to our outsourced service clients, backed by the support of the Giuntabell Finance Compliance and Operations team. Your leadership will be crucial in propelling our clients toward sustainable growth and strategic achievement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic financial oversight for outsourced service clients, driving sustainable value and strategic accomplishments.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards while focusing on performance management to achieve strategic objectives effectively.
• Serve as an integrator and navigator, fostering continuous improvement, financial process review, change management, and successful execution.
• Direct an efficient finance and accounting function, balancing resource utilisation with the delivery of value to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of professional ethics, integrity, and ethical decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership as a key member of senior management, capable of delivering sustainable value for clients.
• A robust compliance and performance understanding, with experience overseeing legal and regulatory stewardship and strategic implementation.
• Ability to act as both integrator and navigator, guiding through opportunities for financial process improvement and strategic value creation.
• Experience leading a dynamic finance and accounting function, navigating trends, and fostering financial talent within the organisation.
• Commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and sustainable value creation underpinned by CPA or CA qualifications.
• Desirable: Experience in "for purpose" organisations, shared services environments, and familiarity with the Sage Intacct tech stack.
