Your new role
Working with a large Not For Profit health fund in their Canberra branch, this organisation is seeking a full-time Customer Service Sales Assistant to join their team!
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-face
- Knowledge of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients
- Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset
- Helping clients understand what their coverage means and what else they can get
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service
- Tech-savvy, with an ability to pick up information and content quickly
- Great communication skills, ability to build relationships with clients and understand specific needs
- Enjoy working in a team environment
The successful candidate will be required to commit to a week of training in Sydney, accommodation will be provided.
